The POWER GloCo Summit is a free two-(half) day virtual event to celebrate the 25th anniversary of NASA's Prediction Of Worldwide Energy Resources (POWER) project. Along with information about POWER, community-driven breakout sessions will give attendees the opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts in brainstorming ideas for enhancements and improvements to POWER's applications and data offerings.

POWER was initiated to improve upon existing renewable energy datasets and to create new datasets from current satellite systems. The POWER project targets three user communities: (1) Renewable Energy, (2) Sustainable Buildings, and (3) Agroclimatology.
