Many of these diseases are preventable through protective measures, provided local authorities are aware of the potential outbreaks of the responsible vectors. The virtual Terra, Aqua, Aura Drifting Orbits Workshop takes place Nov 1-2, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., EDT [UTC -4], each day. NASA Earth Observing System (EOS) mission and instrument leads will discuss potential science investigations that can be conducted as these three EOS platforms begin drifting in orbit. The workshop is free and registration is open to the public.
