Due to wildfires, high winds, and subsequent power outages and evacuations in the Los Angeles area, NASA's Physical Oceanography Distributed Active Archive Center (PO.DAAC) and Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) are experiencing operational disruptions, including to its website. Surface Water and Ocean Topography (SWOT) and Sentinel-6a data flow may be disrupted due to these fires. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.

Access near real-time data and information about wildfires using NASA's Fire Information for Resource Management System (FIRMS) and Earth Observatory Natural Event Tracker (EONET).

Update 1/14/25: Nominal power has been restored at JPL, and SWOT and Sentinel-6a data flows have resumed.
