The Earth Science Data Systems (ESDS) Program's Digital Strategy and User Development Team comprises experts in web development, editorial, graphic design, user experience, and outreach. was established in 2018, primarily to do strategic communications for the Earth Science Data Systems (ESDS) Program. Today, the team is focused on a much broader scope of work involving maintaining the Earthdata website and leading the Web Unification Project.

Our job is to create connections between the data user and the data product more efficiently through strategic web design.
