The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency’s (JAXA) JERS-1 satellite data, used to map forests, wetlands, and other land areas are no longer available from ASF. These products are available through JAXA’s G-Portal.
Delivery of new Suomi National Polar-orbiting Partnership (Suomi NPP) satellite observations will cease on November 2, 2026. Data users should transition now to alternative products from NOAA-21 and NOAA-20.
