Description

This product reports weekly global cloud fraction, total column optical depth over the oceans, polar cloud fraction, blowing snow frequency, apparent surface reflectivity, and ground detection frequency.

Version Description

-Develop atlas_l3b_atm v2.1
-Separate plot limits from valid_min, valid_max.
-Add filtering to capture possible INVALID profile column optical depth from ASR quality flag values.
-Add Global Folded Cloud Frequency, percent, parameter for gridded cloud_fold_flag implementation
-Modify existing global/polar cloud fraction parameters to include layer_attr ()=11 and cloud_fold_flag>0 in first-occurrence detected cloud layer counting
-Add daytime-only processing
-Implement grid cell observation count threshold control constants
