Overview

The R2022.0.3 update is a reassessment of the corrections applied to R2022.0.2, improving and extending the calibration corrections into 2026.  The adjustments for this mini-reprocessing include data collected since 01 July 2021.

Impact and Quality Assessment - Timeseries

The impact to large-scale regional means in the ocean color time-series is shown below. The plots show the averages of the Aqua MODIS Rrs in global deep water as a function of time both for R2022.0.2 (blue lines) and R2022.0.3 (black lines).
