The Oak Ridge National Laboratory Distributed Active Archive Center (ORNL DAAC) released facility instrument data collections for the Hyperspectral Thermal Emissions Spectrometer (HyTES) instrument. There are a total of nine datasets published covering from Level 1 radiance to Level 2 land surface temperature (LST) and emissivity data as well as ancillary datasets.
ORNL DAAC has enhanced the granule-level metadata associated with the HyTES collection to capture detailed data provenance and critical suborbital acquisition parameters. These metadata improvements increase the transparency, discoverability, and usability of the collection for the scientific community.
