Description
EcoMon is the NOAA Northeast Fisheries Science Center Ecosystem Monitoring program for the Northeast U.S. continental shelf. EcoMon main objective is hydrography and zooplankton sampling along the Mid-Atlantic and New England coasts . Funding for the project was provided by the NOAA JPSS PGRR program (https://www.nesdis.noaa.gov/current-satellite-missions/currently-flying/joint-polar-satellite-system/proving-grounds).
