The data will include three measurements made on discrete seawater samples that were collected from under sea ice. The measurements are (a) concentration of dissolved organic carbon, (b) concentration of refractory dissolved organic carbon, and (c) bioavailable dissolved organic carbon. For (a) the error is calculated as a standard deviation, while errors for (b) and (c) are given as standard errors. Each sample also includes latitude / longitude / water depth (m). I have all the protocols needed to describe the sample handling.
