This image was acquired between 8:20 and 8:25 UTC on 17 May 2021 by the Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS), aboard the joint NASA/NOAA Suomi National Polar orbiting Partnership (Suomi NPP) satellite. The storm is expected to make landfall in Gujarat around 18:00 UTC.
